What we’ll need from you
After you submit the form, we’ll email you a link to our Order Form. It covers the essential details required to establish a Process Agent facility, including:
→ Appointing party / organisation details (you or your client)
→ Details on the agreements for which the appointment is required
→ Names of other parties involved
Fast confirmation, clear paperwork
Once your Order Form is returned by you, we’ll confirm acceptance and provide a Letter of Appointment. If you have a deadline, tell us in your submission and we’ll advise the quickest route.
