How do I appoint Tremark Process Agents as my Process Agent?

Once your completed Order Form is received, we will quickly confirm our appointment and provide you with a Letter of Appointment.

What we’ll need from you

After you submit the form, we’ll email you a link to our Order Form. It covers the essential details required to establish a Process Agent facility, including:

  • Appointing party / organisation details
  • The address to be used for service
  • Any reference numbers (court, claim, matter or internal refs)
  • Contact details for day-to-day queries

Fast confirmation, clear paperwork
Once your Order Form is returned, we’ll confirm acceptance and provide a Letter of Appointment. If you have a deadline, tell us in your submission and we’ll advise the quickest route.
