We offer two services: an annual rolling agreement at £125 per year, or a non-revocable fixed term agreement (sometimes required by lenders, and often more cost effective). We regularly act as process agent for loan and facility agreements, ISDA Master Agreements, property and real estate transactions, lease agreements, shareholder agreements, NDAs, arbitration proceedings and general commercial contracts governed by English law. If your agreement requires a UK address for service of process, we can almost always assist.
