We offer two services. An annual rolling agreement at £125 per year, or a non-revocable fixed period agreement (sometimes required by lenders, and often more cost effective). A 5 year fixed agreement, for example, is £460 and saves £165 compared to the annual rolling option. Use the calculator above for an instant guide price.
The headline fee includes everything needed for a standard appointment. Additional charges apply only for specific bespoke requirements: £30 per year per additional agreement, £50 for extra confirmation letters, £150 for same day turnaround, and per-appointer charges where multiple appointing parties are involved. All extras are quoted upfront before you commit.
