Each member of the team is reachable directly through our Leeds office. Between us, we handle every appointment from the first enquiry through to the formal Letter of Appointment.

Operations Manager, Tremark Process Agents

Claire plays a key role in supporting clients and legal advisers throughout the process agent appointment process. She works closely with law firms, lenders and corporate clients to ensure that appointments are handled efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

With a focus on accuracy, responsiveness and clear communication, Claire helps ensure that transactions progress smoothly, particularly where timing and coordination are critical.

Mark is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Tremark Process Agents. He has extensive experience supporting law firms and financial institutions in connection with English-law governed agreements and cross-border transactions.

Mark works closely with clients and legal advisers to ensure that process agent appointments are handled efficiently, accurately and in line with contractual requirements.

Account Manager, Tremark Process Agents

Aldiny supports the day-to-day operations of Tremark Process Agents, assisting with the administration and coordination of process agent appointments across a range of English-law governed agreements. She helps ensure that service of process details are recorded accurately and that communications are managed promptly and professionally.

Aldiny speaks several languages including English, Portuguese, Spanish, German and French, which is particularly valuable when supporting international clients and cross-border transactions.
