Our Fees

We offer two types of service. Both include a letter of appointment to the appointor.

You can appoint us immediately by completing the appoint us form. You will immediately be sent a link to our online order form.

Please contact us should you have any specific bespoke requests. We will always try to accommodate.

Annual Service

The annual service is £125 per year.

The appointment renews automatically upon each anniversary with client receiving an invoice each year until the client cancels the appointment (By giving at least 30 days’ notice before the renewal date).

Fixed Period Service

This fixed period irrevocable service offers significant savings and also gives the third party the reassurance that Tremark will remain appointed for the required period. This is particularly a requirement for some lenders who want to ensure that the borrower will have a process agent appointed for the full term of the loan. Payment is required upon appointment.

When Additional Fees May Apply

The fixed fee quoted includes one named agreement/document (i.e. Loan Agreement). Where a client requires us to be appointed in relation to several agreements/documents there is an additional cost of £30 per year per additional document.
Our fee includes one confirmation letter of appointment to the appointor. For any additional confirmation letters add £50
Our fee includes standard production of the confirmation letter in 2-3 working days. For guaranteed same day turn around add £150
The fees quoted are per appointer. Multiple appointing parties will incur additional fees.
Amendments or extensions to the original appointment.
