With Tremark Process Agents, a UK process agent costs from £125 per year on our annual rolling service, or from £160 as a one off fee for a fixed term appointment covering the whole life of your agreement. A five year fixed term is £480. UK invoices add VAT at 20%; overseas clients pay no VAT.
The two pricing models
The annual service is £125 per year for one agreement, renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice, which suits agreements of uncertain length. The fixed term service is a single payment from £160 that covers a defined period, from one year up to 30, with nothing further to pay. Over longer terms the fixed option is significantly cheaper: five years costs £480 fixed against £625 on five annual renewals.
What can change the price
Covering a second agreement under the same appointment adds £30, and three or more agreements add £60. A same day letter of appointment, for completions that cannot wait, is £150 in addition to the service fee, available when your order form reaches us before 2pm UK time. Additional letters of appointment addressed to further parties are £50 per letter. There are no hidden extras: the standard fee includes accepting service, immediate notification and forwarding of documents.
